Pikmin Pluck is the name of Captain Olimar's Standard Special Move in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It allows Olimar to pluck Pikmin from the ground, allowing him to Smash Attack and use other Special Moves. So long as there is ground to stand on, Olimar can pluck five different kinds of Pikmin, each with its own special traits (see below), in a similar fashion to Peach's Vegetable attack. Olimar can have six Pikmin out on the field at one time. Pikmin Throw, Pikmin Chain and Pikmin Order can all only be used when Pikmin are on the field. Pikmin can easily scatter around the stage, and can also be defeated like any other character, comparable to the Ice Climbers.
