Template:Worldbox The Basement is a bonus floor in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again!, unlocked after the player completes the main game. Each level of this floor is unlocked by obtaining a certain amount of stars throughout the game. It comprises the ultimate set of challenges the player has to overcome in order to fully complete the game, with the courses being harder than usual. The enemies featured on this floor are Capture Kongs, Piranha Plants, Snifits, Polterguys, and Thwomps. It also features Conveyor Belts, Magnets and the ubiquitous Pink Blocks among many other elements.

Levels

Level Description Enemies and obstacles encountered Unlock criteria
Room B-1 A tall course with Pink Blocks, Split Pipes, and Color Switches that trigger bridges of the same color. A single Pop-up Gate is also present. Spikes Getting 40 bronze stars or better
Room B-2 A course in which the player must use Pink Blocks to guide the minis to the top while overcoming Fire Piranha Plants and Snifits. Spikes, Piranha Plants, Snifits Getting 50 bronze stars or better
Room B-3 A course where the minis eventually have to overcome a Circus Kong in front of the goal door. Spikes, Circus Kongs Getting 60 bronze stars or better
Room B-4 A course where the minis have to use Pink Blocks and Split Pipes to reach the goal door while avoiding the fireballs passed between some Piranha Plants. Spikes, Piranha Plants Getting 60 silver stars or better
Room B-5 A course in which the player must use Pink Blocks to help the minis carefully descend the left side of the level, then climb the right side to the goal. Spikes, Polterguys Getting 70 silver stars or better
Room B-6 A course with large clusters of Pink Block spaces and a few Thwomps. Spikes, Thwomps Getting 80 silver stars or better
Room B-7 A course where each mini must travel on its own path and eventually converge to the goal door. Spikes, Polterguys Getting 80 gold stars or better
Room B-8 A course with multiple paths which can be explored by different minis for bonuses. Spikes Getting 99 gold stars
