Fine then, Xluidi, do YOU know where the source is. HyperToad

I only included it here because I felt Mario Party deserves a mention in SSBB after not being mentioned in SSBM. Transcript 22:42, 27 January 2008 (EST)
So, you added false information because you want Mario Party to be mentioned in Brawl? My Bloody Valentine

The Top 100 name

Shouldn't this be moved back to Dueling Glove, since Mario Party: The Top 100 calls it that? Toadette icon from Captain Toad: Treasure TrackerFont of Archivist Toadette's signature(T|C) 19:15, 18 November 2017 (EST)

Renames are going to be the death of us, and after I had fixed all the links when I moved it earlier Sure, go ahead. Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 19:30, 18 November 2017 (EST)

Split Duel Glove from this article and add in information here about Coin Glove

A Yellow Block from Super Mario World This talk page section contains an unresolved talk page proposal. Please try to help and resolve the issue by voting or leaving a comment.

My commentary above from over six months ago notwithstanding, I don't think the Duel Glove from Mario Party: Star Rush is even the same thing as the Dueling Glove, or at least as far as the respective functions of the two items are concerned. The Duel Glove is used to steal allies, while the Dueling Glove is used to steal coins. Plus, there's an item in Mario Party: Star Rush that duplicates the function of the Dueling Glove - the Coin Glove from Balloon Bash, whose design is even taken for Mario Party: The Top 100's Dueling Glove. Therefore, I propose that we split Duel Glove into its own article, and expand this article to cover the Coin Glove.

Support

  1. Toadette the Achiever (talk) Per proposal.

Oppose

  1. 7feetunder (talk) I'm not very knowledgeable about MP:SR, but I don't think that small distinction of wagering allies instead of coins is enough to warrant a split. That sounds more like a case of the item being adapted for the new style of gameplay rather than it being a completely new item. I'm going to need more than that before I'll support this.
  2. YoshiEgg1990 (talk) Per 7feetunder. It will be just like splitting the SMB3 and SM3L Tanooki suits.
