Talk pages
Hi, please note that using talk pages for chatting, idle discussions or otherwise unconstructive purposes is prohibited. Talk pages are for discussions relating to how the article can be improved. For those kinds of discussions, please visit our forum. Thanks. Mario JC 07:47, 16 April 2017 (EDT)

What do you mean for the Kurokyura page and Princess Daisy page? Music Video 123 (talk) 07:11, 27 May 2017 (EDT)
Userspace
Hi. It's great to see you're experimenting with wiki syntax, but please avoid doing it on your talk page, as this violates userspace policy. Talk pages should be for discussions only. This kind of material (i.e. your enemy list) would be better placed on your own personal userpage, where you can customise your own page and experiment however you like. Thanks. My Reply
What do you mean?
What is userspace?
- "Userspace" are the pages relating to you. Your userpage, your talk page (which you are currently reading), signature, sandbox, etc. While it's certainly important that other users get to know you, it's more important that you provide accurate information on the mainspace wiki pages themselves. 13:03, 23 April 2017 (EDT)
Replying
Hi. When replying on Talk Pages, don't make an entirely new section to reply to an earlier message. Just edit the section and add your message underneath, with a ":" at the beginning to make an indent.

I just wondering Buzzy is immune to fireballs

Reminder
Please stop using mainspace talk pages for unconstructive purposes on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing. If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it. |
Again, please go here to chat about costumes or other topics. Mario JC 06:37, 28 April 2017 (EDT)
What the heck do you mean for this:
Cannot find section
You tried to edit a section that does not exist. It may have been moved or deleted while you were viewing the page.

Previously I see that. Music Video 123 (talk) April 29, 2017 10:26 (EST)
- It's exactly what it says: that section (which was your post titled "I just wondering for New SMM costume") was removed.
- And please sign your comments by typing

at the end of them next time. Mario JC 02:26, 29 April 2017 (EDT)
- I don't quite understand what you're trying to say. Though I don't believe I've mentioned anything about "issuing warnings without admin preferences", "false information" or "fan-made content". May I ask why you're asking me these questions? Mario JC 08:37, 29 April 2017 (EDT)
- I ask this. Music Video 123 (talk) 08:43, 29 April 2017 (EDT)
- Yes, but I was asking why.
- Anyway, if you must know, "false information" is fake information, or information that is not true. "Fan-made content" for games is stuff made up by fans that doesn't come from the official game. And I didn't quite get what you were saying here. I can tell if English is not your native language, so I've tried to explain it as simply as I can. Mario JC 09:11, 29 April 2017 (EDT)
- Yeah I just wondering if I issuing Template:Warning to users without admin preferences is not true. Music Video 123 (talk) 09:25, 29 April 2017 (EDT)
- Anyone except anonymous users can issue a warning as long as there's a good reason for it. Mario JC 09:33, 29 April 2017 (EDT)
- I just testing {{warning}}. But in Wikia are not allowed if the non-admin users giving warnings.
- Fixed warning template so it didn't look like you gave yourself a warning. You don't want that.
- The false information appears to have been cleared up (hopefully). However, keep in mind that we are different from the Super Mario Wikia. The rules are different. I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to say, but anyone can get a warning for doing something wrong, but only registered users (i.e., users that have an account) can give and receive warning templates. Anonymous users just get a written informal warning, basically a slap on the wrist saying "Don't do that again." 12:32, 29 April 2017 (EDT)
- Like Super Mario Bros. X? This is fan-made game.
- But the staff in Mario Boards removed my post about costume: https://www.marioboards.com/index.php?topic=38540.new#new

You're using your talk page for content it shouldn't be used for. I understand if you're having trouble on a game, but your user talk page is meant for conversations related to the wiki itself, such as projects your working on or discussions with other users. The last two sections you've created are unconstructive, and are honestly making yourself look bad.
EDIT: This can help you out. 00:53, 30 April 2017 (EDT)
- How to? Music Video 123 (talk) 02:08, 30 April 2017 (EDT)
- Such as User:Mario jc reminds me if I put enemy lists in talk page. Music Video 123 (talk) 02:09, 30 April 2017 (EDT)
Daisy
...I'm sorry, I'm finding it really hard to understand you. But if you're asking why this was undone, it's because the Daisy amiibo doesn't work in Super Mario Maker. Mario JC 09:52, 10 May 2017 (EDT)
Sorry about that Music Video 123 (talk) 11:38, 10 May 2017 (EDT)
King Bill
They have the same name, but are completely different enemies. That's why they are separate, if that's what you're asking. And please sign your comments. Mario JC 04:14, 21 May 2017 (EDT)

- It's called that because that's the only official name we have for it. Mario JC 04:29, 21 May 2017 (EDT)
- But there's no way to defeat real King Bill. Music Video 123 (talk) 07:52, 21 May 2017 (EDT)
Messages
I appreciate your taking the time to post on my talk page, but unless you have any questions regarding wiki-related matters, I'd like to ask that you please stop posting those kinds of messages as I simply have no interest in participating and find them to be bothersome and disruptive to my work. Hope you understand. Mario JC 07:36, 21 May 2017 (EDT)
- I just talk about in the New Super Mario Bros. Wii after ending credits, I see in World 8-Bowser's Castle (New Super Mario Bros. Wii), then I see the image and the I search the video about "new super mario bros. wii credits". It looks like Bowser, Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings about to crushed by Bowser's Castle and killed. and then it don't show if they crushed and after the castle moving then instantly turn into black screen, and the Bowser sound I heard. This is a warning to stop your inappropriate behavior (this time using another user's talk page for unconstructive purposes) on the Super Mario Wiki. Please adhere to the rules or you will be blocked from editing this site. If you feel this warning was undeserved, you may appeal it. |
Please refrain from adding silly forum-like comments to user pages. Keep it up, and a last warning will be issued. (T|C) 22:14, 22 May 2017 (EDT)
- Overturned this as they were not using my talk page for unconstructive purposes and was most likely just asking a casual "Hey, take a look at this" question in good faith. Mario JC 22:53, 22 May 2017 (EDT)
- I just wondering for the Bowser has been killed. Music Video 123 (talk) 05:09, 23 May 2017 (EDT)
Censoring words
There is no reason to censor that word because it is part of a quote and those articles are expected to contain words of that type. Also, everybody understands what it means anyway. --Super Mario Fan 67 (T•C•S) 11:06, 25 May 2017 (EDT)

Mainspace talk pages are not to be used for discussing anything except the content of the article itself. Please go here if you want to discuss subjects from the Mario series. Niiue (talk) 05:09, 7 June 2017 (EDT)
- I just put Torpedo Ted to talk page. Music Video 123 (talk) 05:44, 7 June 2017 (EDT)
- User:Mario jc already remind about this. Music Video 123 (talk) 06:17, 7 June 2017 (EDT)
- No, it's meant to be just "continues".
And there's a reason why! (T|C) 08:27, 7 June 2017 (EDT)
Unconstructive purpose
Using something for "unconstructive purposes" means using it for the wrong reason. For mainspace (article) talk pages, that means stuff like chatting, talking about your favourite characters, spam, etc. Mainspace talk pages should only be for discussing improvements to the article. Mario JC 00:42, 13 June 2017 (EDT)
- So what do you mean for I made a section in Talk:Costume Mario? (Music Video 123 (talk)
- I wrote "I just wondering for New SMM costume" in Talk:Costume Mario then you removed if I try to click edit section. Music Video 123 (talk)
- And I also type "Torpedo Ted" in Talk:Torpedo Ted then User:Niiue undone it. Music Video 123 (talk) 03:23, 13 June 2017 (EDT)

Informal reminder
First of all, you are not banned on the Mario Forums, so I don't know what led you to believe that.
Secondly, a couple of admins have noticed your activity as of late regarding posts to other users' talk pages. Your habit of leaving pointless posts, constantly bringing up past, resolved issues and asking why your edits were reverted (both here and on the forums) has been quite concerning, and has led some to consider them to be disruptive, myself included.
Reasons for why some of your edits were reverted, or why something is what it is (e.g. not censoring quotes), have been clearly explained to you above, yet you refuse to drop the subject. There are rules on this wiki, so if a user reverts one of your edits to enforce these rules, accept it and move on. (And in case the message somehow still hasn't gotten through, I'll reiterate what others have said one last time: We are an encyclopedia, and we present information exactly as it is in the source material, so we don't censor bad words. And if someone has an issue with that, that's their problem, not ours.)
There is nothing wrong with asking others for help, but you can't ask something for every single problem you have with the wiki, especially for minor matters. That's when it becomes bothersome. Please take MarioWiki:Courtesy in consideration, and try to have some common sense before leaving a post. If it looks like they don't want to be bothered, leave them alone. You, as well as everyone else here, are here for a reason, and that's to make contributions to the wiki, and some users just want to be left to it.
You are free to read over our policies and Help pages for answers to any rule-related questions you have, and if you can't find the answer you're looking for, that's when you can ask. However, if you continue to pester other users continuously for unnecessary reasons, you will receive a warning. Thank you. Mario JC 04:45, 28 June 2017 (EDT)
- There is a reason I got banned in forum: "Sorry Music Video 123, you are banned from using this forum! Posts nothing but bizarre, unrelated nonsense. This ban is set to expire 11 July 2017". Because I just talking about costumes in MarioBoards then my posts has been removed by admins. Music Video 123 (talk) 08:16, 28 June 2017 (EDT)
RE: Warning again
"This warning has been overturned by the MarioWiki staff." (i.e. the warning was revoked.)
Even if you did have one, saying you "already have one" doesn't excuse you from receiving another. Mario JC 02:09, 29 June 2017 (EDT)
