Mario Kart Slot Machine from Maygay.
The Mario Kart 64 slot machine.

Mario Kart 64 is an uncommon European-only slot machine game licensed by Nintendo and developed by Maygay (who also made the machines) and released in 1996, being the second officially licensed slot machine from the Mario and Mario Kart series. The machine art is based on various key art from Mario Kart 64. It contains several sounds and music from the game.

The objective of the game is race around the track to get the Super Jackpot bonus in the track's center, along the way using powerups and collecting cash in various ways. (from the reels, the three central prize trails or the six character-based special features.) Mario, Yoshi, and Donkey Kong are the key racers.
