Though it was pointed out by Tippi in Super Paper Mario that Ruff Puffs might be related to Lakitu Clouds, nothings confirmed. -- Sir Grodus
Merge to Huff N. Puff
MERGE TO GROUP CRYSTAL ARTICLE 0-7-0
This enemy is only ever encountered in battle alongside Huff N. Puff, and aren't even individual from that boss. They only show up when you hit Huff N. Puff, indicating they are merely pieces of him. This is stated in their Tattle description as well. Keeping the two separated is unnecessary due to how intimately connected they are. Merging keeps all boss information in a single, comprehensive article where it better presents information without creation of division or stub.
