One of the first rules of appealing a warning is that if it is given by a staff member, it cannot be appealed. Secondly, the reason your IP was unblocked was so you could continue editing, creating another account in itself is not a bannable offence unless done multiple times, it was not done because I believe your story, if I did then Starkuss would've been unbanned. The reason your IP was blocked in the first place is because IP addresses are banned for 24 hours if linked with a banned account. Yoshi876 (talk)
Patrollers count as "admins" too. From MarioWiki:Glossary: "Administrators (Admins) - Another name for Sysops. Also used as an umbrella term for all the promoted ranks (Sysops, Patrollers and Bureaucrats)." The FAQ page also states it, it's general knowledge for most users, and Special:RecentChanges/Whosonline even has colour-coding for wiki staff members: these colours also appear in page histories.
