I've loved this wiki for ages, and finally decided it's time to join in.
I do not make huge edits, but I like improving grammar and vocabulary issues.
Mario stuff
I first met Mario in Super Mario 64 on a neighbour kid's Nintendo 64. Even though I was really little and didn't understand much, I still remember the colourful graphics, the 3D world and the cheerful music. I also remember the friendly bombs and the mean ones!

Nerdy stuff
I am Linux user, Free Software[2] supporter, currently using Arch Linux.
My desktop of choice is MATE.
My favourite GTK themes are FlatStudio (Dark), Elementary, Shiki-Colours, flattastic , Numix, Ambiance, flow and Greybird, and I mostly use the GNOME-colours icon theme, but I like Numix Circle too.
I <3 Python.
My favourite IDE is Geany.
I believe Linux Mint is the best beginner-friendly distribution, because it actually cares for its users and makes everything work out of the box for them. Ubuntu is fine, but it aims to be absolutely Linux-and-the-rest-of-the-world-independent[3] and too "online shopping and everything" oriented.
Browsers I use are FireFox, Lynx and Midori.
I use the LibreOffice office suit, and strongly recommend it, as it's progressing fast.
I also love mathematics.[4]
History
Early life
I was created as a part of the second generation of Pokemon, and debuted in Gold/Silver.
