- Ashley and Red (talk)That's a great article, with pretty good tables/charts. There isn't "flowery writing", and I don't see any issues like expands and/or lack of images. Also, this doesn't break any of the Wiki rules.

- Baby Luigi (talk) Article has empty sections. That's the only major issue I have; someone or I is gonna have to read it through to spot any real errors though
- Dashbot (talk) The leading may need a small checkup and expanding. Reception section needs references, the Staff and Beta elements sections must not be filled with random things copied from the list (as per MarioWiki:Empty Section Policy). The Glitches section can do with one or two more well known glitches.
Grammatical errors are present in the current glitch. Also, as the front page for the game, the glitches in the section should be imaged and referenced by the writer. There is a broken reference, I don't think simply removing it would be the solution, it needs to be fixed. I feel the Story section need some rewriting. The Characters section is overly bad, It has too much empty space. So is the Transformations section, the transformation section may smile with a small summary of every power-up or at least a brilliant way to reduce the size. - Vommack (talk) Per Dashbot.
- Mario (talk) As Dashbotz said, the article has too much empty space. Sure, it's not listed in the standards, but the empty space from the character table, transformation section, and the worlds table basically fluffs this article. It's just incredibly tacky wiki-fu with little substance. The character chart needs to take a cue from the Super Mario Bros. 2 article, which RAP has designed. The reception section, for a modern
hideously overratedMario game needs huge expansion. - Yoshi876 (talk) Per all.
- Fandro (talk) Per all.
- Misty (talk) — Per all.S
- Mario7 (talk) Per All. This page breaks the following rules for featured artivles:
5. An article must not be tagged with any sort of improvement tags (i.e. {{rewrite}}, {{sectionstub}}, etc); Reception section.
6. An article must have a proper lead that gives a good summary of the topic and can be used for the front page featured box; the introduction is awful, as it simply states when it was released and what point it is in the Mario series, with no overview or background on the article whatsoever, and can definitely not be on the main page.
8. An article must have reasonable information from all sources and appearances. Full coverage is ideal, but not always possible, and so, is not required for obscure, difficult-to-obtain media; Reception section.
With all of these rules broken, there is no way this can become a featured article.

@Ashley and Red, Never Mind. I'll support, and fix that error.
@Mario, I don't understand what do you means, except for the "Reception" oart of yoyr oppose :P User:Ashley anEoTselkie/sig
- The article is mostly empty space. It can be the size of the computer screen doing this, but the reason the article is big is mainly from the needlessly giant tables. Mario-HOHO! (Talk / Stalk) 23:17, 26 April 2014 (EDT)
- @Mario7, I don't see any problem with the aticle's introduction. Also, the stub message was posted hete after the nomination, but it is bad writed, but I will fix it..User:Ashley anEoTselkie/sig
