Lowers user to 1 HP and down to 0 FP.
If it lowered you to just 1 HP you could make a Mega Rush strategy out of it, but then 0 FP? You would need Double Dip to revive FP to make use, then Triple Dip to hide yourself! Make the item to complete your cooking inventory, then SELL and NEVER use it.
