Just because the Underwhere has a fountain that heals the heroes' wounds does not mean that said fountain is based on the Fountain of Youth. Regarding holy water, it's not really the best idea to use the Bible as justification for something like this unless it's painfully obvious that it is being referenced, and it isn't, since there's nothing to indicate that the liquid in the fountain is holy water, and the afterlife in the game isn't really based on the Judeo-Christian one.
