Flavio is a greedy pirate captain who refers to himself in third-person. He appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He accompanies Mario on his journey to Keelhaul Key, and is needed to get into the cave where you can get your treasure— the fifth Crystal Star. He is afraid of Cortez, although he tries to hide it.
