What's important is that this type of thing can ideally be avoided in the future. In response to your question from before, <br clear=all> just inserts some space below wherever it's placed. Whether or not it's important to include it on a new article (or really any article, for that matter) really depends on whether or not the article needs it, like if there's a spacing issue or something to that effect.
