The mini-game, Mathletes.

Mathletes is is a 1-Vs.-3 Mini-Game from Mario Party 5.

Gameplay

Players must hit three Dice Blocks to create a math equation that consists of two numbers 1-6 and an operation symbol (+, -, or ×). The solo player hits all three blocks, while each member of the team hits one block. The solution to the equation is the number of coins the player or each member of the team will receive.

Trivia

• If the equation turns out to be a negative number (i.e. 3 - 4), the player or team will simply receive no coins.
• The most amount of coins one can receive from this mini-game is 36 (6 × 6).
• The name of the game is a combination of Math and Athletes.
