Super Mario World (television series)

Loosely based on Super Mario World, the Super Mario World show chronicles the adventures of Mario, Luigi, and Princess Toadstool in Dinosaur Land. Yoshi, Bowser, and a bunch of new characters, such as the Caveman family, make an appearance, as well. It was the last original Mario TV series. It wasn't really a big hit.

Main Characters

Mario

The Mushroom Kingdoms greatest hero, Mario first came to Dinosaur World with Luigi and Princess Toadstool on a vacational trip. Oftentimes Mario would try to introduce new concepts, such as the wheel and telephone, to the cavepeople in hopes of making their lives better.

Luigi

Mario's brother, Luigi first came to Dinosaur World on vacation with Mario and Princess Toadstool. Luigi was also the one who found Yoshi.

Princess Toadstool

The princess of the Mushroom Kingdom, Princess Toadstool first came to Dinosaur World on vacation with Mario and Luigi. Princess Toadstool would oftentimes act as the voice of reason on the show.

Yoshi

A species of dinosaurs called Yoshisaurs, Yoshi was first discovered by Luigi shortly after hatching. After aiding Mario and Luigi in rescueing Princess Toadstool from King Bowser Koopa, Yoshi became a good friend and ally to the Princess and Mario Bros.

King Bowser Koopa

Bowser, also known as "King Koopa" is the archenemy of Mario and Luigi; after being banished from the Mushroom Kingdom, Bowser invaded Dinosaur World and briefly took-over it, until he was defeated by Mario, Luigi and Yoshi. Despite this defeat, Bowser would continually attempt schemes to gain power or wealth.

Oogtar the Caveboy

A resident of Dome City, Oogtar, despite being friends with Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool and Yoshi is quite a trouble maker, constantly pulling pranks and getting in trouble.

Recurring Characters

Kootie Pie Koopa

Bowser's only daughter, Kootie Pie is an extremely spoiled brat who constantly whines and throws temper-tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants.

Uga

A caveman who inhabits Dome City, Uga would oftentimes aid Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool and Yoshi in doing handiwork such as building cars and cutting-down Christmas Trees.

Kooky Von Koopa

One of Bowser's sons and his second-in-command, Kooky would often create giant and powerful inventions to cause havoc and destruction.

Big Mouth Koopa

An extreme blabbermouth who never shuts-up, Big Mouth would oftentimes aid his father and siblings in causing trouble.

Bully Koopa

Bowser's gruff and tough son, Bully would often act as the muscle in his father and sibling's schemes.

T-Rex

A large, menacing monster, the T-Rex would occasionally terrorize and try to devour the inhabitants of Dome City.

Cheatsy Koopa

Bowser's ever sneaky and cheating son, Cheatsy would oftentimes come-up with various evil schemes and plots.

Hip Koopa

The youngest of the Koopalings, Hip is just as bad as his siblings though, aiding them in causing mischief.

Hop Koopa

Hip's glasses wearing twin brother, Hop, along with Hip and Bully, would often act as henchmen in Bowser's schemes.

Minor Characters

Mega Mechanasaur

A giant, destructive robot created by Kooky Von Koopa to rampage through Dome City.

Wizardheimer

An extremely powerful Wizard Koopa who lives in a Haunted House in the Enchanted Forest, which he apparently owns.

Duke, Lulu and Rockman

A gang of bikers called the DinoRiders, Duke, Lulu and Rockman are a trio of juvenile delinquents who cause trouble all throughout Dinosaur World.
