Great
WOW! You upload images like lightning! You should be repromoted to sysop! GalladeBlades
If you didn't actually check more closely, those are just compressed images I process - all part of the image maintenance routine. This was even before I was demoted. I have other stuff to worry about, so I really doubt I'll get repromoted for quite a while. --RAP... 23:31, 19 August 2010 (UTC)
Transparency
I don't think people realize it, but when you have to cut out the white background you're cutting out small fractions of the actual colors that make up the artwork on the outer area of the render. Therefore, it leaves some sharp edges here and there. Do you know what I mean? UhHuhAlrightDaisy 18:12, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
Before: Transparency:
You see how before you did the transparency the outline wasn't as cut out and choppy? UhHuhAlrightDaisy 18:15, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
Ah, well. That's a bit of a consequence (result of the action) in my part - but considered beneficial. You see, the majority of the artwork PNG images used to be JPG images (nowdays, we can find PNG images in the internet from Nintendo press kits easily - such as File:Yoshi_MSW.png, but not always :p. The image you showed me came from a Mario Mania page, in JPG form), or likely scanned images from other sources. If you can see in the original Lemmy Koopa image, there were defects and noise around the image; the white stuff that makes the image appear less sharp. You can see it closely by the eye, or painting the background black by using MSPaint to see the defects.
Removing the noise is beneficial, but might cause a sharpening effect depending on how much white was removed around the image. My apologizes if I pushed it too much, the editing program I used is GIMP - it's not bad actually. --RAP... 22:42, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

Block T
Hi! I just wanted to know, "are normal users allowed to put block templates if the person is really blocked or no?"Count Bonsula I need blood...
- On the talk page? Absolutely. Gives a bit of relief from the staff repeatedly placing block templates, and the occasion of forgetting to tag a blocked users' talk page. --RAP... 21:29, 15 August 2010 (UTC)
Thanks!Count Bonsula I need blood...
