Winnie is a little girl Mario met during his adventures of Super Paper Mario. She lives on Flopside's 2nd Floor. She is just as obsessed with Merlee's charms as her Flipside counterpart, Minnie, is with Merluvee's fortune-telling. According to Tippi, she tries to charm on her own, but fails due to lack of confidence.
