Template:ShakeEnemy Bandineros are enemies from Wario Land: Shake It!. The red Bandinero is the most common type encountered in the game. They are the minions of the Shake King and somewhat resemble Pirate Gooms.

Varieties

Red Bandinero

Red Bandineros the most common species in the whole game and one of Shake King's minions. They are harmless to Wario, so it is easy for him to defeat these enemies. If Wario shakes a red Bandinero, a head of Garlic may pop out. The red Bandinero assumes the role of the Wanderin' Goom from the original Wario Land and the Marumen from Wario Land 4.

Blue Bandinero

Blue Bandineros are the result of a Floating Bandinero being attacked.

Yellow Bandinero

Yellow Bandineros are almost the same as red Bandineros, except the yellow Bandineros have the ability to jump.

White Bandinero

The player will be lucky that Wario meets a white Bandinero. They seem to sleep everytime. If Wario shakes them, they'll almost everytime let fall a big Garlic. When awoke (by shaking), they seem to act like the normal red Bandinero.

Golden Bandinero

Like every other golden enemy in Wario Land: Shake It!, golden Bandineros contain a lot of golden coins. They mostly appear in stages with the mission: "Defeat the golden enemy", but not in every stage with that mission. Also, compared with a normal Bandinero, they differ greatly in colors:

  • Golden Bandinero
    • Black mouth
    • Golden Bandanacap
    • Red eyes
    • Golden gloss
    • Golden body
  • Normal Bandinero
    • Pink mouth
    • Darkblue Bandanacap
    • Yellow Eyes
    • No gloss
    • Body color differs from sort

Trivia

  • The name Bandinero is a combination of "bandit," and "dinero" the Spanish word for "money; also can be a combination of "bandit" and "bucanero", the spanish word for "buccaneer"
  • Most likely coincidental, the red Bandineros wear shoes that resemble the sneakers worn by Sonic the Hedgehog.
