Merge Choco Cake with Chocolate Cake

I think this need to be merge, because Choco Cake and Chocolate Cake are the same. They even have same name in different language. I know they do not restore the same (HP/FP), but several items in the Paper Mario series does not restore the same (HP/FP) in the different games. So why not?
