The Lucky Jewel, as featured in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, ensures that Mario and his party get a LUCKY! Flower once per battle, if used before all enemies are defeated or run away.
After the battle, the party may play the Where's Yoshi? mini-game, giving them a chance to double their coins, experience, or both -- or lose it all if they pick the wrong egg.
