Holy Shot

The Holy Shot is White Mage's Special Shot in the Mario Hoops 3-on-3. It can be activated by tapping out a star shape twice. The sequence begins with White Mage levitating the ball in a circle around her, followed by four light-blue symbols appearing on the ground and merging together.[1] White Mage then casts the ball high into the air, the entire screen turns white, and the ball launches straight into the basket, with light blue visuals appearing as aesthetic. If Holy Shot is used outside of the three-point line, White Mage casts it toward the basket with a gleaming white and blue trail instead, followed by a teammate dunking it.[2]

The move's name is derived from Holy, the strongest White Magic spell within the Final Fantasy games.
