Tamagadon is a monster faced in chapter 11 of Super Mario-kun Volume 9.

Looking for Luigi in Yosu Ko, Mario, Yoshi, and Bowser-Wanda stop to celebrate Christmas with the Yoshis. Wario, dressed up as Santa Claus, wreaks havoc by dropping eggshell-shaped Buckets onto them. To free them, Bowser-Wanda destroys the suspended Rock Blocks to crack the buckets with the debris. Most of the cracked eggshells then come together, forming a tureen-shaped monster called Tamagodon.

Tamagodon first tries to drown everyone by pouring the scrambled eggs inside itself, but the Yoshis eat them. Tamagodon then targets Mario by trying to zap him with its laser eyes, but Mario dodges it until he falls on some eggshells that keep him pinned down for Tamagodon to hit him. Yoshi throws him a Super Star, turning him into Invincible Mario, even powering up the eggshell into a protective armor. With that, Mario protects himself from incoming lasers and uses the stars that replaced the eggshells' spots to crack Tamagodon, revealing a Dodorigesu Jr. inside that is then cooked by the Yoshis.
