The Banana Alien's official name is Xananab. Can someone change the article from Banana Alien to Xananab? Frum LANKY KONG !

I'm pretty sure his species is never called Xananab; thats the character's actual name. -- Sir Grodus

Well, if we are to take his Brawl trophy seriously (as in, how it speaks as if there are multiples), then Xananab is the species name. However, Brawl and Melee trophies have been wrong before. Frum LANKY KONG !

This might explain we he has a so generic name in the Japanese version (just called "Banana Star Resident"). Additionally, he says in the German version of Jungle Climber "Ich bin ein Xenanab", literally "I am a Xananab". --Grandy02 15:02, 19 August 2008 (EDT)
