A Dotty[1] is an enemy in the [Game Boy version of Donkey Kong. Dotties are encountered in the Forest, first appearing in the level Stage 2-1. Dotties behave similarly to Rappies, walking in circles around the environment, up walls and on the ceiling. In Stage 2-6, Dotties walk considerably faster than usual, making them harder to avoid. They do not hurt Mario, though they can push him around and are invincible. They can also be stood on, but not picked up.
