In Paper Mario: The Origami King, Mario can discover Collectible Treasures throughout the areas he visits. For most of them, Mario has to perform a task to gain access to a chest containing said treasure. For others, he can recieve them from various NPCs.

Whispering Woods

Whispering Woods - 3 Collectible Treasures

Peach's Castle Found on the higher ground, next the third bed of thorns. To access it without damage, Mario needs to be under the effects of Superstar won from a leaf memory game accessed later in the area. First Collectible Treasure of Whispering Woods of The Origami King.
Mushroom Found at the very end of the area with restorative spring. Second Collectible Treasure of Whispering Woods of The Origami King.
Ol' Grandsappy Found inside the cabin, after Mario rescues its owner from the Great Sea.

Toad Town

Toad Town - 14 Collectible Treasures

Torch from Peach's Castle There are two large crates behind the first Save Block in Toad Town. Behind them is an entrance to a small tunnel. Go through the tunnel to reach a small garden and a treasure chest. First Collectible Treasure in Toad Town of The Origami King.
Camp Speaker Enter the house next to the house which was being eaten by Paper Macho Goomba. Here use the back door to find a treasure chest. Second Collectible Treasure in Toad Town of The Origami King.
Coins Given by a Yellow Snifit at the roof of the house. To reach said Snifit, Mario has to hammer the closed parasol next to the tea stand, which in turn drops a Magic Circle at the ground. Use it to tear part of a wall on the nearest house. Use boxes, tea stand and parasol to reach the mentioned part of the wall and from it, balcony. Here, continue until you reach the roof and defeat a Paper Macho Goomba there. Yellow Snifit appears after the Goomba has been defeated and gives you treasure as a reward. Colored Pencils After defeating Colored Pencils, it can be bought from Rocky Wrench in the harbor for 698 Coins.
Rubber Band After defeating Rubber Band, it can be bought from Rocky Wrench in the harbor for 398 Coins.
Hole Punch After defeating Hole Punch, it can be bought from Rocky Wrench in the harbor for 798 Coins.
Tape After defeating Tape, it can be bought from Rocky Wrench in the harbor for 1280 Coins.
Scissors After defeating Scissors, it can be bought from Rocky Wrench in the harbor for 1580 Coins.
Stapler After defeating Stapler, it can be bought from Rocky Wrench in the harbor for 498 Coins.
Log Cabin Found inside the mansion next to the tea stand. To access the locked part of it, Mario needs to save its owner in Shroom City.
Mario After destroying the green streamer, go to the house next to the Graffiti Underground entrance. Give green Toad the Manhole Hook to recieve treasure in return.
Bowser After defeating Stapler, go to the Battle Lab. Inside, use the Bossotronic Fighter to have rematches with all of the bosses. After the last boss is defeated, Battle Lab Toad gives you treasure as reward.
Princess Peach After defeating Olly and reloading the save, go inside the item and weapon shop right of the museum. Here talk to the shopkeeper and buy the treasure for 70000 Coins.
Origami Cranes After defeating Olly and reloading the save, go to the center of the town to find the treasure in the middle of it.

Graffiti Underground

Graffiti Underground - 1 Collectible Treasure

Manhole Cover Found underwater in front of a pipe. To access it, Mario must win a battle against Scaredy Rats, which in turn makes Magic Circle to spawn. On it, Mario has to use 1,000-Fold Arms at drainage pipe to drain the water above. Only Collectible Treasure in Graffiti Underground of The Origami King.
