Template:Minigame-infobox Squish You Were Here is a general minigame in Mario Party: Island Tour. Its name comes from the phrase "wish you were here".

Introduction

The four players enter the room and the walls start to move, however, they are in the gap and don't get squished. The walls move back and the minigame starts.

Gameplay

During the entire minigame, the walls on each side of the room arrange themselves in a different way and then start moving toward the center. The players must figure out where the walls leave a gap and stay there to avoid being squeezed. The arrangement gets more confusing as the minigame advances. If one stays between two touching walls, they lose the minigame. The game is purely luck-based; there is no way of telling whether the walls leave a gap or do not leave a gap. The game is won if all other players have been squished or if the time runs out.

Ending

The door on the other side of the room opens, as the winner(s) do(es) a victory pose.
