The Kooper-Dooper Raiser-Upper is an invention made by Kooky von Koopa. It only appeared in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Up, Up, and a Koopa". King Koopa and Kooky used its laser firing abilities to terrorize Sky Land. Ultimately, the two planned to conquer Sky Land, but were stopped by the Mario Bros. Mario set the Kooper-Dooper Raiser-Upper in reverse, and it fired on the Doomship, sending it crashing back to Dark Land.
