Grand Finale Galaxy
The Grand Finale Galaxy is the final galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy. The galaxy is unlocked after Mario getts all 120 stars, unlocks Luigi, who then must get all 120 stars. This galaxy has the 121st Power Star for both plumbers. The galaxy is Toad Town (also known as the Castle Gardens) from the beginning of the game. The only difference is that creatures from other parts of the game are there. There are Penguins, Bees and Gearmos, the three major NPC types in the game. The Toad Brigade lands their ship in front of the castle and all the members can be found in front of it. After collecting all the Purple Coins, the Mailtoad will recieve a message. Talking to him will get you a congratulatory letter sent to your Wii message board with an attached picture depending on which character you spoke to the Mailtoad with. This picture can be sent to friends.
To find the Grand Finale Galaxy, there will be a fourth green Luma on the Trial Planet. In the story, this takes place after Bowser was defeated and all the Power Stars was found.
Interestingly, on the list of galaxies, it is simply called "Grand Finale", lacking the "Galaxy" name that all other galaxies use. This is likely because it is merely Toad Town and Princess Peach's Castle rather than a proper galaxy.
