Template:Kart-infobox The Gold Mantis is Waluigi's primary kart in Mario Kart DS. It resembles a standard excavator, containing a little cab to sit. It has high speed, average weight, acceleration, handling, and drift, and low selection of items. It shares its drift and handling with the 4-Wheel Cradle, Shooting Star and Standard WL. It resembles the excavator Foreman Spike uses in Mobile Golf.

For anyone to use it, one must get all gold in Mirror Mode. Until then (once all gold in Nitro or Retro Grand Prix in 150cc are unlocked), Mario and DK can use it.
