Your edits

Welcome to the wiki! Regarding your edits, a number of them have gone against some of the points outlined in our Manual of Style:

 • Avoid using the word "you" on articles. Instead, we use "the player" or the character's name.
 • All game titles like Super Mario Maker must be italicised. You do that just by placing two apostrophes before and after the name (e.g. Super Mario Maker).
 • When linking, please make sure that they work before leaving them and that they link to the exact title. For plural links, the "s" should simply go after the brackets, so you type ? Blocks instead of ? Blocks. For cases like "Spinies", you type Spinies. You can always click the "Show preview" button next to "Save page" to see what your edits look like before saving them.

Please be sure to give the Manual of Style a read. For more information on editing, you can check out Help:Contents. Thanks and keep contributing. Marie costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC 19:54, 22 March 2018 (EDT)

Italics

Only titles of games (and some other media) need italics, there's no need to italicize things like character names. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 13:20, 28 March 2018 (EDT)

Tiki Tong Tower

The page(s) you recently created (Tiki Tong Tower) has/have been put up for deletion, has been deleted, or turned into a redirect. This may be because it violated at least one of the policies and/or guidelines of the Super Mario Wiki. There are some things you can do to ensure this doesn't happen again.
 1. Make sure there is no other article about the same subject with a different title, especially for conjectural articles.
 2. Make sure the article has enough information to make it a worthwhile read (i.e. it does more than state the obvious, such as "Luigi's Mansion is a mansion that is owned by Luigi"). Overly short articles are known as stubs and their creation is strongly discouraged; it is better to amass enough information to make a solid article right off the bat instead.
 3. Make sure the article is significant enough in the Super Mario franchise to have its own article.

If the article has only been tagged to be deleted you can still fix or expand it, but an administrator may delete it at any time, so please act quickly. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing!

Played the game and read the Volcano article, there is no Tiki Tong Tower level. Additionally, the amount of information you created the page with would make it a stub, so for your next page creations, please try to add more information (such as a source for the name). SuperStringMuon (talk) Hey Alex, I am not refferring to the level itself. Rather, I am referring to the big tower visible from all perspectives on the world selection screena nd the one that rises during the beginning cutscene. There are many references to Tiki Tong Tower as well.

Does the tower actually have a name in game? And it really just looks like the Volcano with Tiki Tong's head on it.
Also, don't ask for help in articles. That's what the talk page is for. Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 15:14, 28 March 2018 (EDT)
List of extras in Donkey Kong Country Returns (Boss Gallery right above Tiki Tong). This is where the name can be found. Red Yoshi in a construction hat walking Yoshi the SSM (talk) 15:25, 28 March 2018 (EDT)
Ah, that will work. Article is still a new stub, so it will still get deleted anyway unless more info is added. Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 15:27, 28 March 2018 (EDT)

SuperStringMuon (talk) Alex, I'm sorry, but it does have a name. It's even on the Donkey Kong Wiki!!! It says quote-for-quote: "The Tiki Tong Tower is the Tiki Tak Tribe's base of operations." But I do understand it was a stub. I'll try to make it less of a stub next time. Google Tiki Tong Tower and it gives you the Donkey Kong Wiki Result. K?
