From where does the name Snow Cheep Cheep come from? In the capture list it's as stated called Cheep Cheep (Snow Kingdom) so why is it Snow Cheep Cheep? --Raltseye prata med mej 06:10, 4 December 2017 (EST)
- The name "Snow Cheep Cheep" comes from the Snow Kingdom Power Moon, "I Met a Snow Cheep Cheep". --

- It's not that simple, though. If you check out the name of I Met a Snow Cheep Cheep! in other languages, most of them refer to it as a Cheep Cheep in the snow or some variant thereof (in Japanese, the Snow Kingdom's Cheep Cheep). It's also a counterpart to the I Met a Lake Cheep Cheep! mission, and we're not calling the regular red Cheep Cheeps "Lake Cheep Cheeps" anytime soon. As unusual as "Cheep Cheep (Snow Kingdom)" is as labeled in the Capture List, it's clearly the intentional name, whereas Snow Cheep Cheep seems to be incidental.
