Grill your enemys alive with Koopers last attack!
Fire Shell that Kooper used in Paper Mario. This attack is only used by leveling Kooper to the Ultra Rank, it will also take up 5 FP. To use this move the player must Repeatedly tilt the control stick to the left to fill the gauge. Then all ground based enemies will be hit by a fiery attack. It can cause up to five points of damage. Great for icy enemies.
