Immobilized is a status ailment in the Paper Mario series.

In the first Paper Mario, Immobilized is an uncommon status effect. It could be inflicted by the Stop Watch or Time Out. While Immobilized, the victim can't move for several turns.

This status effect reappeared in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. This time it could be inflicted with the Stop Watch and Clock Out; the latter of which could affect either enemies, Mario and his partner, or even the Audience. It has a 50% chance on bosses or stronger enemies.

This ailment once again appears in Paper Mario: Sticker Star, inflicted by the POW Block. It is called "Crumpled" in this game (as the afflicted are crumpled up like actual paper), and damage done to characters inflicted with this effect is doubled.
