Tubba Blubba

Tubba Blubba is a Gargantuan Clubba who became invincible after his heart was removed from his body in Paper Mario. He lives in Tubba Blubba's Castle and guards the third Star Spirit, Skolar, but Skolar escaped and was captured by Bow, who promised to set him free after Mario and his posse defeat Tubba Blubba.

Tubba Blubba's Heart is hiding in the Windy Mill in Gusty Gulch. To unlock the door to the windmill, Mario will need to find a talking key named Yakkey, which is hidden in a box in Mr. Blubba's room.

Tubba Blubba bears some resemblance to Don Bongo, a boss of the game Yoshi's Story. Don Bongo may have been the inspiration behind Tubba Blubba.
