Divers are enemies from the game Donkey Kong on the Game Boy. They first appear in stage 3-3 on the Ship. Much like Golem, Divers only walk around horizontally, and if Mario runs into them, he gets killed. He can stand on them, and they can also be picked up and thrown at other enemies.
