Dr. Tornado

The Dr. Tornado is one of Dr. Mario's special attacks in Super Smash Bros. Melee. It is executed by pressing Down+B. If the player presses B quickly before the Docter starts spinning, he will travel upwards, very low off the ground. It has the same effect as the Mario Tornado, only a little weaker. It traps the victim into a tornado, and smashes them up into the air when the move is done. Strangely, it, very lightly, pulls someone near into the Tornado.
