A Dizzy Dandy.

Dizzy Dandies are giant flowers that resemble normal Flowers in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island DS. When Yoshi strayed near, or egged them, they would laugh and drop to the ground rolling, squashing any enemies.
