Heart can refer to any of the following:
- Heart (item) — an item from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!; it's also an item from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door which replenishes health.
- ♥ — a type of point from Yoshi's Story.
- 1-Up Heart — the heart-shaped equivalent of a 1-Up Mushroom, found in Super Mario Land.
- Heart Point — usually referred to as "HP"; the health point indication system from various Mario RPGs.
- Spinning Heart — an object that the player can run through to restore health. The faster they run, the more health they get.
