Lighting Bolts
No clouds, no rain, why is there lightning? Well in the Mario Kart series, the Lightning Bolts is one of the used items in the game. It is usually recieved by Mario Kart racers near last in position, so they can catch up.
Effect
When using this item, it will shirnk all other racers making them slower and weak. By this time, you can have a grand comeback and maybe win!
