A Wheelie is a technique used only when users ride on Bikes in Mario Kart Wii. Doing a wheelie, users increase slightly the speed of their bikes, but if the user bumps into an object or a player, the lose speed. The wheelie is used specially to steal places to other players, and also taking advantage over other players driving on Karts. To do a wheelie, the player must do this:
- Using the Wii Wheel, flip it up.
- Using the Classic Controller, press up in the pad.
- Using the GameCube controller, press up in the pad.
- Using the Wiimote and Nunchuk, lift the Wiimote up.
To end them:
- Wii Wheel: push down.
- Classic Controller: Press down on the pad.
- Gamecube Controller: Press down on the pad.
- Wiimote and Nunchuk: Push Wiimote down.
Trivia
- The wheelie can also be used to be unaffected by POW Blocks.
