Spin Blocks are platforms that are found in New Super Mario Bros.. Despite being called Spin Blocks, they are not blocks, but platforms. When stepped on, Mario or Luigi will start spinning. Upon jumping, Mario or Luigi will fly high into the air, then glide back down slowly, allowing the brother to travel longer distances.
