I'm 100% sure that those are save and recovery blocks. I took screenshot from that video:

That spammy edit you reverted at the Mario page. There was a link saying 'go here for the best mario wiki ever!'. What was it about? I don't wanna risk it, it may be a screamer, a virus or something.
