Lakeside Park is the 1st Special Cup course in Mario Kart: Super Circuit. The major obstacle in this course is the two volcanoes in the background. Nothing happens on the first lap, but after starting the second lap, the volcanoes will erupt and send balls of lava around the course. There is also a rather tricky boost jump in the middle of the race, which can easily be failed.
