Flee is an action used in the Mario RPG games. Flee let's you run away from battle, leaving the enemy behind. However, some enemies, or more specificly, bosses, you cannot flee from. Some enemies, such as the Crazee Dayzee and the Amazee Dayzee can flee from battle. Tubba Blubba's Heart can also flee.
