Bronze Stars are items similar to Power Stars that Mario can get in Super Mario Galaxy 2. They seem to be worth less than the normal Power Stars, and can only be collected if Mario needs help by the Cosmic Witch instead of getting the star himself. Though, if he manages to get the star without help, the Bronze Star will be replaced by a Power Star.
