Mario battles Gobbleguts.
Gobblegut is a boss in Super Mario Galaxy 2. It is a dragon that encircles a small planet in Bowser Jr.'s Fiery Flotilla, burrowing into and emerging out of it. If Mario defeats him, he will get the Gobblegut's Aching Belly Power Star. So far, little is known about it. The red spots surrounding its body can be damaged when Mario jumps over them or uses a Spinning attack. After several hits, Gobblegut becomes angrier and is always seen making sounds like train whistles with its nose.
Trivia
- The Wiggler boss in Super Mario Sunshine acts similarly to Gobblegut, getting angrier and making train noises every time it gets hit.
