Harhall, also known as Bleetch, is a master fashion stylist and tailor who made his first and only appearance in the game Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. He invented a new way of art (actually a way to color clothing) known as Splart which involves shooting Designbombs at clothing. Harhall at one point got a hold of a piece of the Beanstar and decided that he'd only give it to his best employee. Harhall seemed nice and therefore attracted many workers, until he showed his angry self. Nobody could take the challenge of working under his command until Mario and Luigi came along. They defeated Harhall at the Splart mini-game, and left with a Beanstar Piece. They won the mini-game by having Mario fill up with water and having Luigi hit him on the head with his hammer, which sends a water ball sending forward at their target(s). Mario and Luigi could also optionally return and made every Splart combination possible under Harhall's oversee. The reward for this optional side quest was Harhall Jeans.
It is rumored that Harhall is the shopkeeper of the Gear Shop in Beanbean Castle Town because both Harhall and the shopkeeper look vaguely similar, also having a similar affinity for style and clothing, although it is completely unconfirmed that they are the same person.
