Rūba is a Luma appearing in Super Mario Galaxy 2. He is the head honcho of the Lumas in the game. His ship was destroyed by a meteor launched at by Bowser, which causes all the Lumas on the ship to disperse throughout the galaxy and become separated from one another. Rūba aids and accompanies Mario in his quest to defeat Bowser.
