Dr. Wario is a mini-game that can be unlocked in the game WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!. The game can be unlocked by completing 25 mails on Jimmy T.'s "sports" minigame set.

The game is based off of the NES Dr. Mario, and can be considered Wario's "pirated" version of it.

Differences between Dr. Mario and Dr. Wario

  • Wario is the main character.
  • The Viruses look different. In contrast, the real Virus sprites are used in the Dr. Mario microgame.
  • There is no 2-player mode.
