*Strollin' Stus highly resemble [[Burt]]s, except they have spots rather than stripes and are orange with pink pants instead of peach and light blue pants. This suggests Stus were inspired Burts. Strollin' Stu also acts much like a [[Goomba]], serving the same purpose as a generic enemy in ''Super Mario Sunshine''.

A Strollin Stu attacks Mario.

Strollin' Stus are squat, pudgy creatures, somewhat similar to Goombas, native to Isle Delfino found in the game Super Mario Sunshine. They have a bulbous nose, high-tucked spotted trousers, and a waddling gait. They are particularly hostile and will charge if approached. They are the most common variant of Stus encountered in the game.

Stus are known to stack themselves up onto each other on top of a Giant Stu in a form known as a Stackin' Stu. If Mario knocks all the Strollin' Stus off the Giant Stu and jumps on the Giant Stu, he will get a Blue Coin and all the Strollin' Stus vanish.

Strollin' Stus, so far, have only appeared in Super Mario Sunshine, though their name appears in the Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour's score-chart.

A larger variety known as a Giant Stu can also steal Mario's hat, causing him to become damaged from the rays of the sun. A simple stomp on the head will defeat them. These Stus can be found at the Delfino Airstrip, Bianco Hills, Pinna Park and some secret areas. They can easily be defeated in large groups by using a quick squirt from F.L.U.D.D.
